ENOUGH; I AM DELIVERING MY PEOPLE FROM UNDER OPPRESSION

The Lord said this morning that there is an ancient spirit of oppression that has been the assignment of the enemy on His people, families, ministries, businesses, etc. He says it is like a dark cloud that continues to press down on the earth. Then the Lord said, “Help is on the way”
I pressed into the Lord and asked him, “What is oppression?” I looked oppression up in the dictionary and it stated: to weigh heavily on the mind, spirit, or sense of; lie heavily on; to burden; to keep down by cruel or unjust use of power or authority. To crush or trample down. To subdue.
Suddenly, the revelation of God began to spring forth. The enemy is not the creator, God is. Therefore what God has created, the enemy will take it as a counterfeit to use it for his glory. God is saying, “Enough”.
I asked the Lord if oppression is to weigh heavily on then the opposite must be the Glory of God. The Hebrew word definition of Glory means the “weight of God, His Presence.” The weight we are to be under is HIS GLORY. This weight is not oppressive, but buoyant. It lifts! His glory is to weigh in our mind, our spirit and we are to sense His glory. His presence is to lie heavily on us. This will not burden us, but will lift us up Higher.
Many in the body of Christ today are either falsely burdened and feel they have to do something or the burden has been so heavy they have disconnected themselves. Matthew 11:28 says: Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
The Lord then said “ For you are not a people who are depressed. Depression begins from the inside. I have given you MY HOLY SPIRIT to live on the inside of you to overcome the enemy of your souls. You have warred effectively and in the midst of much, you have overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony and you have loved your life not unto death.” Revelation 12:11
An understanding was released to me from the heart and the Spirit of God. God says there is an oppression that has pressed his people down and help is on the way. Depression and Oppression are two totally different things. God is rising up and saying “NO MORE OPPRESSION.”
Three weeks ago as I was inquiring of the Lord concerning challenges that people I love and He loves were going through. From illness, to division in relationships, debt, family disputes, addictions, bondage and the like. He reminded me of Isaiah 59:19: When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him. I knew at that moment that God was saying, “I WILL DO THIS!”
I pondered what the Lord was saying when He spoke “NO MORE OPPRESSION.” Quickly I was reminded of the Israelites. Exodus 3:9 And now the cry of the Israelites has reached Me, and I have seen the way the Egyptians are oppressing them.” God is moved with compassion when a cry from His people is released and He SEES how the enemy is bringing forth oppression. This activates the heart of a Father for His children. Oppression is “unjust”. Oppression keeps one down by cruel and unjust power and authority. God is speaking to the apostles, the prophets, and the teachers around the world in this hour that He is COMING! He is DELIVERING! The Blood of His Son paid the price that His children shall overcome. This blood was invested to bring forth an OVERCOMING and TRIUMPHANT people. We have His power and His authority. The God of JUSTICE has had enough!
Justice can be defined as: To be restored and to reinstate all that God intended. God being the God of justice will deliver His people. He, Himself will OPEN THE DOOR and the way of escape. There is a Dawning of a New Day at hand. A light shining forth through the darkness. God is bringing Justice for His people. God’s people will not be oppressed under the ancient spirit of oppression but be freed into the ancient and powerful “Ancient of Days.”
